1. SBM (Self Body Make) Overview
Today, we will share the important aspects of SBM (Self Body Make) focusing on spinal curvature, muscles, and nerves.
SBM is based on the concept that "you create your own body yourself."
Self Body Make is a term coined by My master Yuriko. It's a very simple exercise that anyone can practice regardless of age.
My Master Yuriko has been teaching SBM for 20 years in Tokyo now, and I have been teaching in London for 15 years.
What we have consistently conveyed is: "By creating the correct curvature in the spine, various physical ailments gradually improve."
Through SBM, we focus on two movements - the lower back and neck - to return body misalignments to their correct positions and restore overall body balance.
Our bodies maintain healthy living thanks to the curvature in our lower back and neck.
In fact, both Yuriko and I have healed our physical ailments through SBM, as have many of our students.
Conditions That Have Been Improved:
- Lower back pain, shoulder stiffness, herniated discs, hip joint pain, sciatica, knee pain, tendonitis
