Are You Putting Yourself Last?

Are You Putting Yourself Last?

For a long time, I used to put my own health last.
When I felt unwell, I told myself it was just stress, or that it would go away on its own. Work deadlines, household tasks, family, social life – they all came first.

Until one day, my body gave in. I collapsed and had to be taken to the hospital.
That was the wake-up call: I can’t keep living like this.

The truth is, everything in life – your career, family, hobbies, even simple daily joy – depends on having a healthy body to sustain it. Without it, nothing else flows.

When my health struggles began to interfere with my work and everyday life, I discovered SBM (Self Body Make). Through this, I realized something powerful:
Most of the pain and imbalance I was experiencing, I had created myself.
And because of that, I also had the power to heal it.

This is why I believe anyone can start reclaiming their health. The earlier you begin, the better – before your body forces you to stop.

We all have 24 hours in a day.
How much of that time do you dedicate to the one thing that matters most – your health?

Just one hour a day of SBM.
365 days a year.
Year after year, the results are extraordinary.

For ambitious women balancing career and life, taking care of your body isn’t selfish – it’s the foundation that makes everything else possible.
