London. 7:00 AM.
Another workday begins.
You stretch your arm to stop the alarm—
And there it is again.

Lower back, maybe down the leg.
It’s become part of your mornings.
Like brushing your teeth or checking emails.

You’re in your 30s or 40s.

For a long time, I blamed everything else:

  • A bad office chair

  • A poor mattress

  • My age

  • Even my genetics

But then I discovered something uncomfortable—yet empowering:

It wasn’t my bones that were the problem.
It was how I was using my body every single day.

No accident. No trauma. Just years of unconscious patterns.


When Your Body Falls Out of Alignment

Many people believe that sciatica or a herniated disc is caused by something “structural”—like a bone pinching a nerve.
