My eyes aren’t blurry — I can see clearly for the first time in ages!

“My eyes aren’t blurry — I can see clearly for the first time in ages!”

Yesterday, I introduced a new client in my blog — she had just completed her very first SBM lesson.

During our session, we talked about the importance of the sleeping pillow, and she immediately started using it that same night.
She also asked about the best time to practice SBM,
so I explained why I recommend doing SBM before going to bed and how it supports deep, restorative sleep afterward.

Until now, she had been practicing SBM twice a day — in the morning and at night.
But starting today, she decided to focus on evening practice only.

I truly admire her attitude — she listens carefully until she fully understands each detail,
and she takes action right away.

And tonight, I received a wonderful message from her:

> “Evening Mika, the pillow was comfortable but not my best night’s sleep.
> This morning my body wasn’t great, but I’ll do my exercises shortly.
> I enjoyed doing some in the morning and some in the evening,
> but I’ll start evening only from today.
> Today is also the first day in ages that my eyes are not blurry —
> I can see clearly! ❤️🙏🏽

What an amazing update!

Just yesterday, she told me, “My left eye always sees double.”

The neck and vision are deeply connected — when the body’s alignment improves,
the clarity of sight often follows.

Facing yourself with focus and honesty — that is the strongest path to healing.
