Morning SBM lesson.
This client showed incredible dedication during the recent SBM Detox Seminar —
a full six hours of stable, focused SBM, followed by the next day’s lesson and fasting.
She has been truly committed to caring for her body.
During today’s Body Check, we observed remarkable changes:
her hips have become even more toned,
the lumbar curvature has strengthened,
and her hip joints have settled beautifully into the correct alignment.
Her whole body line looks stunning — even her resting posture is beautiful.
Earlier this year, she struggled with hip pain.
Her job requires long hours of standing, often with weight shifting to the right side,
which had put pressure on the hip joint.
But now, that pain has disappeared without her even noticing.
And during today’s lesson, while doing the neck exercises, she suddenly said:
“I felt the base of my neck move!”
A wonderful sign of progress.
After long SBM sessions, her body has become increasingly supple and effortless in its movement.
It’s a joy to witness.
Developing the natural neck curve and strengthening the discs is essential for everyone —
and it’s a lifelong process.
If she continues just as she has, she will be absolutely fine.
