What is National Self-Care Week?
National Self-Care Week is an annual awareness campaign that aims to embed the importance of self-care across communities, families, and generations.
This year’s theme is “Mind & Body.”
The Self-Care Forum will promote the wider continuum of self-care, with a particular focus on physical activity and how movement supports both mental and physical well-being.
Since 2011, the Self-Care Forum has been leading this initiative to help people take better care of themselves and live healthier, happier lives.

🌿 What is SBM?
Self Body Make (SBM) is a Japanese self-care exercise method that can be done while lying down.
Using three folded bath towels as a special pillow, you’ll perform gentle movements for the lower back and neck.
SBM helps correct body misalignment, which is often the root cause of pain and discomfort.
Through consistent practice, you can restore your body’s natural balance and reduce chronic symptoms — all by yourself.

Camera set about 2–3 meters away so your full body is visible
