💡 What is SBM?
SBM (Self Body Make) is an exercise that anyone can do while lying down. Using a pillow made from 3 bath towels, you can restore the natural curvature of your lumbar and cervical spine.
Body misalignment creates discomfort - Learn to understand this connection and care for yourself.
👤 Instructor
Mika from LILY and Gold, London
It is said that 80% of physical discomfort comes from body misalignment. Back pain, stiff shoulders, knee pain, headaches, leg numbness... Many of these may be caused by body misalignment.
I teach Self Body Make (SBM), a Japanese self-care exercise, in London. With just two movements for the lower back and neck, you can correct body misalignment.
My Mission
As a member of the self-care promotion community, I am committed to sharing Japanese self-care practices.
