Changes in a Client with Scoliosis

One of my clients with scoliosis had long struggled with poor circulation and swelling, often feeling very cold — especially in the winter.

During last month’s body check, she mentioned that she had started to feel warmth returning to her body.

At the beginning of this month, she began taking glucosamine and set aside a focused period for exercise.

Now, the effects are clearly visible.

Her body feels warm all the way to her toes.

She said with a smile,

“Every winter, my feet used to hurt badly from the cold, but this year it feels so much easier.”

Because SBM is performed lying down, it places minimal stress on the body — even for those with scoliosis.

Through gentle yet precise movements, the body builds muscle, improves circulation, and helps the nerves reconnect.

As the body warms from within, blood flow improves, and both pain and coldness begin to fade.

Seeing her transformation was truly heartwarming.
