Support Your Neck Curve During Sleep Too

Have You Checked the Shape of Your SBM Pillow Lately?

Do you regularly check the indentation of your SBM pillow
and the height of your sleeping pillow?
These small details can make a big difference in how your body feels and how effective your SBM practice is.

SBM Pillows Support Your Natural Curves
SBM (Self Body Make) is an exercise method designed to restore and maintain the natural S-curve of the spine — particularly the curves in your lower back and neck
That’s why the condition of your SBM pillow is so important.
If the pillow becomes dented or loses firmness over time, it can’t fully support the right spinal curve.
Even if you spend the same amount of time practicing SBM, the results may differ depending on your pillow’s condition.

Support Your Neck Curve During Sleep Too

We spend about 7–8 hours a day sleeping, and during that time, our neck still needs gentle support.
A good sleeping pillow helps maintain the natural downward tilt from the head to the neck, keeping the spinal curve in balance.
Recently, I noticed a bit of tension in my neck and decided to replace my sleeping pillow.
The new one — the pillow on the right — is slightly higher and perfectly supports my neck curve.
I can really feel the difference in comfort and sleep quality!

Check Your Pillow Once a Year

Your sleeping pillow changes shape little by little over time.
Without realizing it, it may become lower or lose its support.
That’s why I recommend checking your sleeping pillow once a year and replacing it if needed.
A simple adjustment can help you sleep more deeply and wake up refreshed.
Rest Well, Wake Refreshed

Give your body the support it deserves — both during SBM practice and while you sleep.
Proper spinal support allows your body to recover naturally and helps you wake up feeling light and energized every morning.
