Lily & Gold London 15th Anniversary Greeting ~ With Gratitude
To Everyone
Thanks to all of you, Lily & Gold London has reached its 15th anniversary this year. Looking back on our journey, we have been blessed with countless connections and support, and encouraged by everyone's warm encouragement. We are deeply grateful from the bottom of our hearts for being able to continue our work until now.
Over these 15 years, there have been various events, but all of them have become nourishment for who I am today. Above all, the encounters with our customers are our most precious treasures.
To Yuriko-sensei in Tokyo and Haga-san at the Akasaka school, weI am always receiving tremendous support and warm passion from you. I express our heartfelt gratitude.
And this year, as we reach the milestone of our 15th anniversary, we will continue as a "corporation" going forward, tightening our focus while never forgetting to enjoy ourselves, and we will dedicate ourselves to spreading SBM (Self Body Make).
In February this year, we published "Heal Your Herniated Disc Yourself" on Kindle. If this book reaches many people and becomes an opportunity for them to face their own bodies, there would be no greater joy for us.
Furthermore, we are honored to have been invited to join as a member of the UK Self Care Forum around the same time. We regard this as proof that the philosophy and activities of LILY AND GOLD/SBM are beginning to be recognized beyond borders.
We aim to spread Japan's first Self Body Make from here in London throughout the UK and further into Europe. We will deliver a circle of hope from London to those suffering from pain and discomfort, helping them recover through their own strength and enjoy life.
We sincerely ask for your continued support and guidance going forward.

Special Thanks
To 'Morita's Daifuku', who makes delicious daifuku in London - they specially made red and white daifuku for us early in the morning. Please look forward to enjoying the freshly made daifuku today.
Morita-san, thank you always and always.
