"You're noticing a rash? That’s actually a good sign
Today, a client shared the following concern with me:
"I’ve been getting a rash around my lower back. At first, I thought it might be something I ate,
but recently, it appears and disappears every day.
I’ve been taking glucosamine, and it suddenly occurred to me —
could this be related to SBM?
Is it possible to experience something like a rash while doing SBM regularly?"
During last week’s lesson, I had already noticed how dedicated he had been with her SBM practice lately.
So I responded:
— a very positive healing reaction.
It means the nerves are beginning to open up and your body is starting to detox from within."
I encouraged him to continue her SBM practice with confidence.
In addition, if possible, I recommended trying fasting using enzyme paste or fermented herbal products like noujuku.
This can further enhance internal detoxification and support the body’s natural healing process even more effectively.
