That ‘stiff, stick-like spine’ is finally moving

One of my clients currently working on lumbar disc herniation shared something interesting before our session this week:

“My lower back is feeling much better, but I’ve recently started getting headaches.
I’ve been working late and sitting for long hours… I’ve been doing SBM more than before,
but the headaches concern me.”

In fact, this client has been showing great improvement in their SBM movements since last month.
What they’re experiencing could be a “healing response” — a sign the body is beginning to shift.

When your body starts to realign and release old patterns, temporary symptoms can appear.
This is not a setback — it’s actually a positive sign of deeper change.

That ‘stiff, stick-like spine’ is finally moving

When I first met this client, their spine was extremely rigid —
like one solid stick — especially in the lower back.

There was no natural curve in the lumbar region.

But now…

✔ The spine is gradually becoming more flexible
✔ Lumbar curvature is starting to return
✔ The mid and upper back are also showing signs of release

Thanks to consistent SBM practice, their body is changing — from the inside out.
These subtle yet powerful changes can’t be forced.
They come with proper guidance, regular practice, and a bit of patience.

If you’re still in pain or haven’t seen results from other approaches,
please know: your body can change — when you move in the right direction.
No need to rush. Let’s keep working together and trust the process
