SBM classes may look simple, but they are actually quite challenging to do correctly.

My coach, Mika, is incredibly attentive. She carefully helps me find the correct position, the right pace of movement, and closely observes my spine, posture, and overall body alignment.

After just my first session, my lower back and shoulders felt much lighter and more relaxed. Through Mika's assessment, I realised for the first time that the "wide hips" and "rib flare" that had been bothering me for years might actually be related to the alignment of my pelvis.

I'm looking forward to seeing how my posture and body alignment continue to improve as I keep practising.

What I really love about SBM is its philosophy—using gentle movement and consistent practice to help the body restore itself naturally, rather than relying on force.
