A Positive Change After 18 Months of Consistent Practice
Recently, one of our clients from the Tokyo main school shared some wonderful news with us.
She said:
"I recently had a full health check-up. The detailed results will be available in two weeks, but I already know that my thyroid levels have improved. Even though I have not taken medication for the past four months, my thyroid levels have remained stable.
My doctor asked me, 'What have you been doing?'
I replied, 'Exercises that involve gently moving my waist and neck!'
The doctor looked surprised and said, 'Really?????'
We both laughed.
In addition, my blood pressure, which had previously been high, is now within the normal range."
