Many Japanese and Asian people have a habit of taking baths, but many people in Europe usually take showers.

When I asked during the last lesson, you mentioned that you usually only take showers. On the day you came for the lesson, you had symptoms of Raynaud’s in your hands, so it is also important to warm the body as soon as possible.

If you usually only take showers, please try soaking in a warm bath with magnesium when possible and within a comfortable range. When the body warms up, blood circulation improves and the body can return to a more balanced state.
