Thanks to SBM, my knees have tightened up!
I’d like to share a wonderful message I recently received from one of my clients in her late 60s.
“I just have to tell you this! Thanks to SBM, my knees have tightened up! You know how, as we get older, the skin around the knees can start to wrinkle, almost like elephant skin? Well, those wrinkles have actually reduced! I used to avoid wearing shorts because I didn’t want to show my knees, but now I can wear them with confidence—and that makes me so happy!
I really think this is a visible anti-aging effect. Finding SBM has been such a blessing for me. My neck and shoulder muscles, which used to be so stiff, have also become more flexible. I’m deeply grateful for that, too!”
This message came from a lovely client who used to live in London and attended our London SBM classes.
She continues to practice SBM even now, and it means so much to me that she shares her joy in this way. Hearing how the wrinkles around her knees have reduced and how she can now enjoy fashion more freely truly warms my heart.
And on top of that, she always shares my SBM posts on Facebook. I’m so grateful for her support—it really encourages me to keep going.
