National Self-Care Week | 17–23 November 2025
Back pain and herniated discs are not just medical conditions – they affect our daily lives, our work, and our wellbeing.
In support of National Self-Care Week, I will be offering free SBM (Self Body Make) sessions between 17–23 November.
SBM is a self-care method developed to:
Relieve pain and numbness caused by nerve compression
Support recovery from herniated discs without invasive treatment
Improve posture, mobility, and long-term resilience
For the past 14 years, I have specialised in helping individuals manage pain and rebuild their quality of life through SBM. My mission is to show that with the right guidance, the body has the ability to heal itself.
📅 During this week, you are welcome to experience SBM at no cost and explore how self-care can transform your recovery journey.
