This group is a community for those who seriously want to "heal themselves" from pain and numbness caused by herniated discs and cervical spondylosis. While there are various self-care methods available, this group will only introduce the Self Body Make (SBM) method.
Therefore, we cannot answer questions about methods other than SBM.

Aim for recovery through self-care
Want to be free from pain and numbness
Want to learn and practice SBM (Self Body Make)
We gather to share information and aim for "fundamental improvement by restoring the S-curve of the spine."
What is SBM?
SBM (Self Body Make) is a self-care method that aims to fundamentally improve pain and numbness by correcting body misalignments, restoring the S-curve of the spine, and relieving nerve compression. Hard training at the gym is unnecessary; you can efficiently align your body while lying down.
What you can do in this group:
Share improvement cases of herniated discs/cervical spondylosis and SBM experiences
Provide basic knowledge about SBM and self-care information
Create an environment where we can encourage each other to continue

This group is for those who have the mindset to "heal themselves." Please refrain from joining if you are passive or only collecting information.
Please be aware that if you have already undergone spinal fusion surgery (cage/fusion surgery), you cannot practice SBM.
Please perform exercises at your own risk.

About SBM Exercises:
Exercises that move two areas—the lower back and neck—using a special pillow.
By continuously repeating the same movements, the unbalanced state of muscles is repeatedly overwritten, returning to its original form.
As a result, well-balanced muscles are restored symmetrically around the spine, and the bones throughout the body, including the pelvis, return to their normal positions.
As misalignments are corrected, various health issues you have will naturally improve.
