My Reflection on the SBM Seminar~
The SBM seminar has come to a successful conclusion, and I truly believe everyone did an outstanding job. It was wonderful to see everyone's dedication, positive attitude, and perseverance throughout the six-hour program. This was my 10th 6 hour SBM seminar, and it was another meaningful experience for me.
Before the seminar, I completed a 7 day detox fasting program. In the past, I usually fasted for 5 days, so extending it to 7 days was a new personal challenge. Throughout the fasting period, my body responded remarkably well. I carefully monitored my blood pressure and blood glucose levels every day to ensure everything remained within a healthy range. The scientific measurements gave me confidence that my body was functioning normally. Unlike some of my previous fasting experiences, I did not experience any dizziness this time. I was able to continue my normal daily routine, work as usual, and even travel to the Shaolin Temple for martial arts practice. What surprised me the most was that from the fourth day onward, my energy levels became exceptionally high—far better than I had expected.
During the 3 hour SBM lower back session, I experienced no pain, discomfort, or difficulty at all. My movements felt smoother than ever, and my range of motion was noticeably more stable and controlled. The 3 hour neck exercise session was equally comfortable. I felt no pressure, stiffness, or soreness, which made the entire experience both enjoyable and rewarding. This seminar once again confirmed to me how important consistent SBM practice is. The benefits I experienced were not achieved overnight—they were the result of making SBM a part of my daily routine. Regular practice helps my body stay aligned, improves my flexibility, and allows me to participate in these intensive sessions with confidence and ease.
For me, SBM is far more than just a form of exercise. It has become a daily discipline and an essential part of my lifestyle. It continually reminds me that good health is built through consistency, patience, and commitment. Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Master Mika for the guidance, encouragement, and knowledge shared throughout my SBM journey. I am also deeply thankful for SBM itself, which has brought me better health, greater vitality, and a stronger body. I look forward to continuing this journey and encouraging others to experience its many benefits.
