I just wanted to share something that really reminded me how powerful SBM is. 

Yesterday I attended the 6-hour SBM session, and after such a long time, I slept like a baby, completely pain-free. It was honestly the best sleep I’ve had in months. Due to personal reasons, I’d taken a break from practicing SBM, but yesterday made me realise just how important it is to stay consistent and practice every day. Waking up this morning without pain and with a smile on my face instead was the best feeling. 


It was a reminder that even when life gets busy or challenging, making time for SBM is so worth it. So this is a little reminder to all of us (myself included) 🙏🏼let’s keep practicing and looking after ourselves. Thank you once again, Mika, for such an amazing session. I’m so grateful. 🙏💕✨🥰

I’m delighted that this seminar helped you rediscover not only the value of SBM, but also the importance of practising it consistently.

By continuing with SBM, you can help maintain a pain-free body. It is especially meaningful that you experienced this for yourself—not simply as knowledge, but through your own body.

Immediately after a seminar, you may feel strongly motivated to continue. However, once you return to your daily routine, that motivation can gradually fade. That is why it is important not to rely on motivation alone, but to set aside dedicated time for SBM as part of your daily life.

As you have experienced, especially when life is busy or challenging, making time to care for your body has great value. Please remember how wonderful it felt to wake up pain-free and smiling, and let’s continue practising SBM together.
