Scoliosis _ children’s bodies change so quickly during growth, I once again felt how important it is to support and align the body early

It has been four days since the scoliosis consultation,

and today the SBM 1-month trial course officially started.

The SBM trial course follows the same structure and exercises as our regular lessons, allowing participants to experience the atmosphere of the class and how SBM is taught.

What kind of instructor is an SBM instructor?
What are the lessons like?
What is the atmosphere of the studio?

These are all things you can experience before joining.

This time, the mother also decided to start SBM together with her child, supporting and practising alongside them.

It is very reassuring that both mother and child are doing SBM together.

After the consultation, they both tried using the SBM pillow every day at home.

The child started with just 2 minutes at a time.

Even though there had been some lower back discomfort, the child continued practising.

And today —
the hips, which could not reach the floor five days ago, touched the floor.

The neck movement also changed dramatically.

The range of motion improved so much that the ear could comfortably touch the pillow, and the neck could rotate much more smoothly than before.

Children’s bodies are truly amazing.

“Children are incredible!!”

You can clearly see the body’s potential to change.

The mother also shared that SBM may already be helping the neck and shoulders feel lighter.

Because children’s bodies change so quickly during growth, I once again felt how important it is to support and align the body early — whether scoliosis is present or not.

It made me so happy.

During tea time, the child took one bite of a Morita daifuku and gave the biggest smile, saying:

“Delicious!”

It was absolutely adorable.

And the mother’s body axis was beautifully stable as well.
