The pelvis is the foundation of your entire body. When it tilts or becomes misaligned — even slightly — everything above it is affected. Your lower back, your spine, your neck.
Think of it like the foundation of a house. 🏠

If the foundation is uneven, the whole structure becomes unstable — no matter how strong the walls are.

And here’s the thing: pelvic misalignment builds up gradually through daily habits —
how you sit,
how you stand,
how you sleep,
how you walk.
By 30 or 40 years of those patterns can create real structural imbalance.
