I am truly grateful that what began as a small community has grown into a meaningful space. Reaching this milestone has strengthened my sense of mission as we move toward 2026.

In 2026, from the UK, my goal is to spread SBM and reduce the number of people suffering from herniated disc pain — even if it means helping just one person.
If even one life can be changed, that would mean a great deal to me.

And our goal for next year is 1,000 people.
To reach 1,000 people and give 1,000 people the opportunity to transform their bodies through SBM.
