The other day, I attended an event and happened to be seated at the very back of the room.
From there, I could clearly see everyone’s posture from behind.




And I was genuinely surprised.
So many people were sitting with a collapsed pelvis or a rounded lower back
postures where the natural S-curve of the spine had completely disappeared.

This type of sitting posture is one of the major causes of:

  • shoulder and neck tension

  • lower back pain

  • sciatic nerve discomfort

  • hip pain
    and various other chronic issues.
