There Is Hope Without Surgeryn - Herniated Disc L5S1

There Is Hope Without Surgery

A Mother of Three Finds Time to Heal Her Herniated Disc with SBM

In March, a woman joined our SBM trial lesson — the sister of one of our clients.

Five years ago, she had a serious fall, which led to an L5S1 herniated disc.
Since then, she’s been living with **numbness in her leg.

She told us,

> “I’m still young, and I really don’t want surgery.”

That’s what led her to SBM (Self Body Make).

Pain Relief Through Daily SBM Practice

Since her first trial session, she has practiced SBM every single day.
Recently, she shared that her pain is starting to ease.

Her daily life is truly impressive.
She works full-time, is a mother of three, and a dedicated wife.
During the week, her husband works away from home —
which means she manages everything on her own, from morning to night.

“Time Doesn’t Appear — You Make It.”

I asked her how she manages to fit SBM into such a packed schedule.
She smiled and said:

> “Once the kids go to bed, that’s my time.
> I set a timer, take my glucosamine at 10:00 PM,
> and start SBM at 10:30 sharp.
> Before I began SBM, I used this time to study.”

Isn’t that amazing?

No excuses.
She makes time for herself —
and that’s exactly how healing begins.

To Those Living with a Herniated Disc

If you’re struggling with pain or numbness
but still hoping to avoid surgery —
this story is for you.

There is hope.
And SBM may be the path you've been searching for.

Healing doesn’t happen overnight.
But when you show up for yourself every day,
your body will begin to change.

We look forward to seeing her again next month,
and watching her transformation continue.

Your body can change too.
You just need to give it the time and care it deserves.
