Exercises to Relieve Nerve Compression-Related Numbness in the Neck
Exercises to Relieve Nerve Compression-Related Numbness in the Neck
The human head weighs between 5 to 6 kilograms (11-13 pounds). Since the neck supports the head, exercises while standing or sitting show little effect.
The lying position puts the least strain on the neck.
In this lying position, we:
- Build neck muscles
- Create proper neck curvature
This must be done daily.
Our clients perform these exercises for one hour every day. Improvement comes gradually over six months to a year. Recovery cannot be achieved with just once-weekly practice.
