Is your sitting posture correct?
If you spend a lot of time in a chair, do you find yourself leaning against the backrest?
The best sitting posture is one in which the pelvis is upright. There is an S-shaped curve in the spine. If you sit with your pelvis not upright, your lower back will curl up.
This puts pressure on the intervertebral discs and reduces the flow of nerves.
