Structural Misalignment Creates Dysfunction

Structural Misalignment Creates Dysfunction

Structural misalignment in the body rarely happens overnight.
It accumulates quietly over time — eventually appearing as chronic pain, numbness, restricted mobility, or persistent fatigue.

These symptoms are often attributed to “aging” or “declining fitness.”
However, the root cause is frequently a disturbance in the body’s structural alignment.

Why does misalignment occur?
And more importantly, how can we restore proper structure ourselves?

In the SBM Online Session, we explore the body at a structural level.
You will learn exercises designed to realign the body in the most mechanically efficient way — placing the least possible strain on muscles and joints.

This is not simply exercise.
By restoring the body’s natural spinal curvature, the program helps guide muscles, bones, and nerves back toward their optimal function.

SBM Online Session for First-Time Participants

This session is designed for those new to SBM.

The first half consists of a structured lecture explaining body alignment and the root causes of dysfunction.
In the second half, participants experience SBM directly using the dedicated SBM pillow.

Choosing not to leave your body’s condition entirely in the hands of others.
Choosing instead to understand it, restore it, and sustain it.

This session is for those who seek long-term structural health.
