From Tokyo to the World - Self Body Make

 

Self Body Make (SBM) was coined by Yuriko, a fashion model and the founder of LILY & GOLD TOKYO, a school dedicated to Self Body Make.

 

As the name suggests, SBM is about "making your own body." It comprises simple, self-healing exercises for the back and neck, utilizing a specialized SBM pillow.

 

These exercises gradually realign the pelvis, correcting imbalances in balance and muscle.

 

The beauty of SBM lies not only in fostering self-reliance and discovering the pleasure of these exercises but also in the transformation, both internally and externally, of one's body.

 

The principles behind SBM are profound. The more you engage in the exercises, the more you'll uncover. Regardless of age, SBM offers the opportunity for both physical and mental evolution.
