I have found that the important points are the spine and the gut flora, so I think the SBM approach is brilliant.
<<What is SBM?>>
1. Exercise using a dedicated pillow to move two points: the lower back and the neck.
2. Continuously repeat the same movement, overwriting from imbalanced muscle states to return to the original form.
3. As a result, muscles with balanced symmetry around the spine develop, and the pelvis and all bones return to their correct positions.
4. When alignment is corrected, any discomfort you have naturally improves.
