Through my various studies on health, I have found that the important points are the spine and the gut flora, so I think the SBM approach is brilliant. It provides a balanced workout for the lower back and neck, creating curves in the spine and promoting nerve conduction. In particular, it strengthens the muscles and conditions the body without putting too much pressure on the neck, something that no other method can do.

1. Exercise using a dedicated pillow to move two points: the lower back and the neck.
