Body Checking - how to check your body?

First,  Palpate the hips and spine.






Starting with bone distortion, muscle attachment, organ swelling, range of motion, etc.
My palm serves as all the check functions.



Next is palpation of the neck.
Read the cervical vertebrae 2 to 7. (No. 1 is not seen due to the axis)




Where is the point to adjust the distortion? I will tell you. 





Symmetrical pelvis and symmetrical foot length are the basis of the body



Even if my back pain is painful

Even if your limbs are numb

Even if the limbs are cold
