Thank you! That's actually something I should try. Unfortunately, I got some back pain towards the end of last year due to too much running. Got some exercises to do, but it's not getting better as quickly as I hope. Would have asked for more exercises if it had not been for this virus...
During Lockdown period here in London I do those exercises one hour each. Before the exercise,I take Glucosamine which support my joints and disc.
