Why does the hip joint hurt?
I’d like to explain to people with hip joint pain that pelvic misalignment is often the root cause.
When the pelvis is misaligned, it places extra strain on the hip joints, making hip pain more likely to occur.
Maintaining symmetrical alignment of the pelvis—keeping both sides at the same height—is crucial.
This is something only you can adjust for yourself.
Balanced, symmetrical muscles cannot be given to you by anyone else; they are something you have to develop on your own.
