“It’s important to consciously use both sides of your teeth when chewing.”
It’s become an annual tradition to share panettone with our clients.
One of our clients noticed the stack of panettone boxes in the studio.
"Wait, is one of them missing?!" (It was set aside as a treat after today’s lesson.)
She immediately noticed when he walked in. 😊
Since it’s December, here’s the first one:
Waitrose Christmas Cinnamon Bunettone
This bunettone has mascarpone cheese inside.
I love its light texture, and it’s lightly dusted with cinnamon sugar.
This weekend, the storm brought strong winds, and one of our clients arrived completely soaked, including her shoes.
In London, it’s been bitterly cold—about 6°C, but it feels like -3°C. The storm continues today, and you hardly see anyone walking outside.
Yesterday’s Body Check:
His body showed changes since the SBM Detox Seminar.
He has been doing 30 minutes of SBM at home every day, and his neck’s range of motion has noticeably improved.
This time, Our client has mouthpiece with SBM session.
During our conversation about the mouthpiece, I explained:
“It’s important to consciously use both sides of your teeth when chewing.”
He replied:
“After losing a filling, I’ve been chewing only on one side, mainly the left. It feels like my teeth are becoming slanted.”
I advised him:
“Please don’t delay dental treatment.
Chewing on one side can lead to body misalignment. I’ve seen clients whose pelvis shifted in less than a month due to this habit. Over time, it becomes ingrained, leading to further issues.”
The client then shared an intriguing story:
"Once, I went for acupuncture and a massage. While lying face down, the therapist applied intense pressure, moving in circles from my back to my lower waist. The next morning, I couldn’t open my mouth. That’s when I realized how connected the jaw and spine are..."
Exactly. The body is interconnected.
But relying on others’ force isn’t the answer.
You must work to correct misalignments on your own.
One of my clients is heading off for a one-month holiday starting today.
When she shared her plans, it was so exciting that even another client joined in, saying, “Please share pictures next month!”
We chatted over tea until the very end.
Wishing her a joyful Christmas holiday! 🎄
