Men’s SBM trial lesson @ ZOOM event

Lily & Gold Inc will held Men’s SBM trial lesson @ ZOOM free event on 19th September.

We had pre meeting and prepare for the event.

We will demonstrate SBM and You could see different angle.  SBM (Self Body Make ) is a set of simple. self care exercises for your back and neck by using a special pillow.  However, for first time clients, we will show how to make a pillow with 3 bath towels and SBM.
