It was my first time doing the lesson and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it, as it may have been tough but in the end of the day I did feel better.


I work as a stylist and normal stand on my feet a lot of the times, I have pretty much a bad posture as I normally sleep on my left side a lot and my shoulders are very heavy as well as my neck.
I do time to time get back pains and headaches as well as stress and period pains, however especially when trying SBM it made a much better difference I woke up the next day feeling more relaxed and slept better.


I would highly recommend to try this as it does make a differences to your body.

Reasons why I started SBMI was always looking for an easy exercise. I tried yoga and Pilates but neither of them really seemed to work. Yoga was good for relaxation but I never felt it was enough to reclaim my health. Meanwhile I met Mika. She checked my body and to my astonishment, her diagnoses were spot on. I wanted to aspire for a figure like Mika’s. That was one of the reasons why I chose SBM.Changes after starting SBMExercising on a daily basis was hard at first. 介绍SBM的感想!
“ 现代的办公室生活,我们常常要长时间面对电脑,一坐就是几个小时,脖子酸痛腰肌损伤非常普遍。我自己就因为久坐,近年来腰背越来越酸痛,不能举重物,也不能穿高跟鞋。至于脖子,因为习惯性低头看手机,也经常酸痛,枕头怎么都不舒服。 SBM恰恰是针对腰和颈椎进行的运动,通过逐渐调整脊椎位置,来达到健身和平衡肢体的目的。 表面上看,SBM很简单,只要在腰背或者脖子下放一个枕头,按节奏左右摇摆就可以了,但是实际做起来并不容易。比如我的腰椎已经比较不灵活了,第一次做的时候,就需要比较久的时间才能放松弯曲。但一旦放松了,在开始运动后,的确能感到如同按摩一般的对腰背的刺激和调整。 脖子的运动略微简单,颈椎不像腰背那么僵硬,比较容易进入状态。在Mika的帮助下转动颈椎,可以说是非常舒服。这些摇摆的频率,对初学者来说可能有点快,但相信一段时间后就能习惯了。在睡前做这些运动,更能够帮助睡眠。 对脊椎的矫正,是一个相对来说缓慢的过程,所以这个运动,也得坚持才有效哦!“

A modern office lifestyle often involves long hours in front of a computer. Sitting for such a long time causes lower back pain and neck pain. For example, I myself now started feeling such effects on my body – lower back pain, can’t lift heavy items, and can’t wear high heels. As for the neck, as I often read on my mobile, with my neck pointing down. I am feeling the consequences -- no pillows feel comfortable to me.
SBM is an exercise targeting the lower back and the neck. By slowly adjusting the spinal position, it aims to balance the posture and to help regain health.
At first glance, SMB is very simple. You only need to put a SBM pillow under the lower back or under the neck and rotate the waist or neck with rhythm.
